Dating from the 1600s, this spacious listed house is situated in the historic village of Chudleigh with its wealth of family pubs, quaint gift shops and tea rooms.

The house stands right in the historic village of Chudleigh with facilities on the doorstep. It is also perfectly positioned for touring the whole county, in particular the sandy beaches on the south coast, the shops and cultural attractions of Exeter and the wild moorland scenery of Dartmoor National Park.

Less than two miles to the A38, you can also enjoy a pleasant drive to Exeter, Torquay and Plymouth with their cinemas and high street shops as well as South Cornwall.
